THE SPIRIT-LEVEL

The Spirit-level is a pop-up cocktail bar with a number of regular residencies around Brighton and Hove. Our fully licensed mobile bar is also perfect for weddings, private parties and corporate events. 
Our signature cocktails are based on seasonal ingredients, mixed with high quality spirits. We make our own infused sugar syrups and bitters, specialising in unprocessed sugar sources. We never use commercial syrups or flavours. 
We can also offer a range of locally brewed beers and well sourced wines.  
We strive to be ethical at every level of our business.
